The ZBZ ladies try to cover their tracks after the Gamma Psi house burns down; Rusty has difficulties in his position as pledge educator; Casey plans a Fairytale Ball to raise funds.

Cappie and Casey go public, and Omega Chi and Kappa Tau get serious about pranking. Things heat up when Song Fest pits ZBZ against Gamma Psi. Rusty and Dale take their rivalry out of the lab.
Season 3 Episode 9 – The Wish-Pretzel
While most people are off campus for Thanksgiving break, Casey and Rebecca plan a dinner for the students remaining. Also, Rusty works on his engineering project.
Season 3 Episode 8 – Fight The Power
Rusty thinks Cappie might be ruining his new relationship with Lana, so he convinces Dale to help him save Cappie from himself. Casey and Ashleigh try to do a mixer with ZBZ and Omega Chi to get the sorority its reputation back.
Season 3 Episode 7 – The Dork Knight
Cappie and Evan's friendship is investigated by Casey. Rusty goes with Dale and Calvin to a comic book convention as a distraction from Jordan. Ashleigh and Fisher decide to begin dating again.
Season 3 Episode 6 – Lost and Founders
It's Founders Weekend at the ZBZ House and Casey uses the opportunity to scrap for donations from the alums while Rusty tries to keep Jordan from dropping out of school.
Season 3 Episode 5 – Down on Your Luck
Shocked to learn that ZBZ has slipped in the ranks down to fourth, Casey is determined to bring ZBZ back to the number one spot by motivating their pledge class to take action, believing that, if they create a cool photo shoot for the Lamda Sig calendar, it could improve their house’s ranking. However new pldge Abby convinces the other pledges to boycott the shoot so, in order to make nice with the ZBZ pledges, Ashley and Casey get them all makeovers.
Season 3 Episode 4 – High and Dry
It's Dry Weekend at Cyprus Rhodes University, and Casey plans a non-alcohol party night amongst all of the houses but, when she and Evan are partnered together to patrol each of the houses for signs of any prohibited beverages, they each have a brownie at the Psi Phi house unaware of its secret ingredient, causing them to hide out in the ZBZ bathroom until the effects wear off. Meanwhile, Ashleigh frantically tries to find Casey, and Fisher offers to help, making her further question whether or not she should take him back. Also Grant's high school girlfriend, Whitney surprises Grant andd Calvin by visiting for his birthday.
Season 3 Episode 3 – The Half-Naked Gun
As Rusty and Jordan are awkwardly deciding when to take their relationship to the next level, the Gotcha Game comes between them as the final two players left in the game. Leading Cappie to become Rusty's bodyguard and Rebecca as Jordan's, as the happy couple battle it out so their house can win the game who will pull the trigger first. Meanwhile, Casey takes over as the ZBZ Panhellenic delegate, butting heads with the president, Katherine, over the annual "Undie Run". After Katherine has the event canceled, Casey uses Evan's help to get enough signatures to overturn the decision and save the traditional event by using it as a fundraising event for charity. And Calvin and Grant are trying desperately to find some alone time so they can be together away from their raucous Omega Chi brothers. In the end, they decide to leave campus for a romantic dinner, but are surprised by who turns out to be their waiter.
